Oliver C. Mitchell, Jr., General Counsel

Oliver Mitchell is the General Counsel for S Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Mitchell is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was previously employed as General Counsel and Secretary for Carpenter Technology Corporation of Reading, Pennsylvania. He also was Chairman of the Dealer Policy Board at Ford Motor Company; in that role, he was responsible for the resolution of disputes between Ford and its dealers. He was appointed to that position by Ford’s Board of Directors. Before that, he was an Assistant General Counsel at Ford where he had general supervisory responsibility for all employment, consumer, commercial, dealer, insurance and Superfund lawsuits brought against Ford or its subsidiaries in the United States and also had global responsibility at Ford for delivery of legal advice concerning labor and employment issues. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania Bars.

Edward Szado, Head of Risk Management

Edward Szado, as Head of Risk Management, focuses on asset allocation and risk managed programs. He is also the Director of Research at the Institute for Global Asset and Risk Management and received his Ph.D. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has taught Risk Management at the Boston University School of Management. He is a former options trader and his experience includes product development in the areas of volatility based investments and structured investment products. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and has consulted for the Options Industry Council, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Satyabrota Das, Research Analyst and Head of Trading

Satya Das, CFA, CAIA, FRM, works as Research Analyst and Head of Trading at S Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for designing, trading and managing systematic traditional and alternative asset tracking programs. Prior to working at S Capital, Satya worked at Alternative Investment Analytics for more than 5 years, mostly in designing and managing commodity and asset tracking programs. He has extensive knowledge of alternative investment products and strategies. He has volunteered for the CAIA association for grading exams and developing questions. Satya has an MSF from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Patricia Bonnett, Director of Operations

Patricia Bonnett is the firm's Director of Operations and oversees customer relations and accounting functions. She is also the Assistant Editor of the Journal of Alternative Investments. Previously, Patricia was Vice President of Marketing for Chartpak, Inc. in Leeds, MA. She received her MBA from Western New England University.
